Remote Cold Caller

We are a family-owned, US-based self-storage business with locations across three states, and we're growing. We're looking for a reliable and professional Remote Cold Caller to support our acquisitions team by making outbound calls to self-storage facility owners. This role is focused on outreach and qualification only. You'll contact leads, assess seller interest, and gather basic information. Interested leads are passed to ownership for further follow-up.
