Deliverables (hand-off format) • Verified company name, industry, employee count (≤250) and region (US, EU or ANZ) • Direct contact details for the key decision-maker (email, phone, LinkedIn) • Brief note on their current environment and motivation to move to Microsoft 365 or Azure • Confirmation the prospect is open to a follow-up call within the next two weeks Acceptance criteria A lead counts as qualified once the prospect completes an intro call and confirms licensing or project requirements. Commission is released for every converted sale and scales with contract value—full details shared after NDA.
