I want to expand our reach in the B2B tech sector and am looking for a partner to fully own the outbound sales cycle—from lead research all the way to closing deals. Your work starts with identifying and researching the right companies within our target tech segment, building high-quality prospect lists, and continues with multi-channel outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and—where appropriate—cold calls. You will qualify interest, lead sales conversations, and close deals whenever possible. The goal is simple: build a predictable, scalable outbound system that consistently generates revenue. Compensation is strictly performance-based. You earn a commission for every successfully closed deal, with higher percentages for larger contracts. High performance will be rewarded with a long-term collaboration and increased earning potential. This role is a strong fit if you already manage your own pipeline, have proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, communicate confidently in both German and English, and prefer working independently with your own tools and systems.
