Rather than directly selling the ERP, the approach focuses on providing value first by sharing insights, industry knowledge, and free benchmark reports showing how a factory compares with top-performing cashew processors in areas such as production efficiency, inventory management, and operational tracking. The goal is to start meaningful conversations, build trust, and nurture relationships until factories show interest in exploring solutions. The responsibility also includes initiating outreach, maintaining communication with prospects, handling follow-ups, qualifying leads, arranging meetings with interested factories, and participating in meetings to support discussions. Once leads become interested and meetings are scheduled, the CashewSoft team will handle product demonstrations and deeper technical presentations. Overall, this role combines SDR, market research, lead nurturing, and relationship-building to create a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for CashewSoft in global cashew markets. This is an incentive-based opportunity, meaning earnings are directly linked to successful deal closures rather than a fixed monthly salary.
