I’m looking for a results-driven marketer who can feed my sales team a steady stream of HOT prospects interested in Indexed Universal Life policies. The niche is clear: life-insurance shoppers who already recognize the value of IUL and are ready for a conversation, not cold list building. Social media marketing will be our sole acquisition channel, so you should be comfortable planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn—wherever performance data shows the strongest cost-per-qualified-lead. You’ll handle everything from ad creative and audience targeting to funnel assets, tracking pixels, and day-to-day budget management. If you have proven hooks, testimonial formats, or retargeting sequences that have converted before, even better. Acceptance criteria • Minimum 40 fully-qualified IUL leads per week • Each lead must include name, phone, email, and a recorded intent (form submission or calendar booking) within the last 72 hours • CPL and conversion metrics shared in a weekly report (CSV or Google Sheet) • All assets and ad accounts remain accessible to me at all times Tell me about similar campaigns you’ve run, the average CPL you achieved, and how quickly you can launch once you have creative approvals.
