We are looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Executive / Cold Calling Specialist who can identify potential clients, conduct cold calls, pitch our services, and convert leads into paying customers. This is a performance-based freelance opportunity with attractive commission payouts for every successful client acquisition. Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads. Conduct cold calling and outreach to businesses. Pitch Raytechnica's IT and software services. Schedule meetings with interested prospects. Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships. Close deals and bring new clients to the company. Compensation Structure Client Project Value Commission Per Client ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 ₹50,000 ₹5,000 ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000+ ₹8,000 – ₹9,000 Example: Close a ₹25,000 project → Earn up to ₹2,000. Close a ₹50,000 project → Earn ₹5,000. Close a ₹1,00,000 project → Earn up to ₹9,000. Requirements Strong communication and persuasion skills. Experience in sales, cold calling, or business development is preferred. Ability to confidently present IT and software solutions. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
