**This is strictly a lead generation (outbound sales) role — not a SEO, GEO, content marketing, or website optimization position.** Freelance B2B Lead Generation Specialist (for Web Design, SEO, Content Marketing & GEO) – DE/EN Job Description: We are a digital service provider specializing in web design, SEO, content marketing, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). We are looking for a motivated freelance lead generation specialist to help us acquire new B2B clients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH region) as well as international markets. This is a remote freelance collaboration (B2B / contractor basis). All payments are made via invoice. The role is focused on structured outreach, lead generation, and qualified opportunity creation. Our internal team handles all sales closing. Responsibilities: Research and identify relevant B2B companies (SMEs, service providers, startups, e-commerce) Build targeted lead lists Execute outbound outreach campaigns (primarily email, optionally LinkedIn or other methods) Coordinate messaging and targeting strategy with our team Use provided email infrastructure with professional signature setup Deliver qualified leads and ensure proper tracking of all activities Additionally, we are open to building an automated workflow (e.g. using n8n) together to streamline lead generation, tracking, and reporting. Results generated through such automated systems will also be compensated accordingly, provided they meet the defined quality and qualification criteria. Target Markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland (German language) International markets (English language) Compensation Model: We work with a performance-based and transparent payment structure. Base Payment (fixed component) - €300 per month (depending on workload and experience) This is only paid after verified activity reporting. Performance-Based Payments In addition to the base fee: €30 – €80 per qualified lead (verified and relevant contact) €100 – €200 per booked meeting with decision-maker 5% – 12% commission per closed client (based on total project value) Typical Project Values Web Design: €1,500 – €5,000+ SEO / GEO Setup: €800 – €3,000+ Content Marketing: €300 – €1,500/month retainers Payment Conditions & Verification To ensure transparency and fairness: Payment is based on verified activity and results Weekly reporting is required (lead list + outreach activity) Leads must be documented in a shared sheet or CRM Outreach activity must be traceable (email/LinkedIn logs or tool-based tracking) Only verified and confirmed work will be compensated. Lead Definition (Important) A qualified lead is: A real business decision-maker or relevant contact person Shows clear interest in digital services (web / SEO / marketing) Has identifiable need or budget Is successfully handed over to our internal sales team Requirements Proven experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales Strong understanding of digital marketing services is a plus Experience with outreach tools Strong communication skills in German and/or English Structured and reliable working style Tools & Workflow We provide: Email infrastructure with domain Signature setup Basic messaging guidelines We can also automate the process if you have any experience with n8n. Also here you will be rewarded. Quality & Testing Phase (Important) Before scaling the collaboration, we would like to start with a short testing phase. During this phase, we expect to see at least one qualified lead generated through outreach, so we can evaluate the quality, targeting accuracy, and communication style. Our main priority is high-quality, personalized outreach. We explicitly do not accept generic mass messaging or spam-like approaches, as we want to protect our brand reputation and ensure a strong first impression with potential clients. Once we confirm that the approach meets our standards, we are happy to fully activate and scale the collaboration.
