I run an agency that helps service-based small businesses grow, and our sales cycle begins with a live discovery call. Your task is to pick up the phone, speak with owners or decision-makers, and secure those meetings. What you’ll actually do • Call from qualified lead lists I provide and briefly introduce the agency’s value proposition. • Handle objections for 3–5 minutes max, then book a 20-minute Zoom or phone consultation on my calendar. • Update the shared CRM immediately after each call so I can track status in real time. Compensation model Payment is 100 % commission: once a meeting you set converts into a paying client, you receive an agreed-upon percentage of the first invoice. No cap—the more closes that come from your bookings, the more you earn. Success metrics & acceptance criteria • At least 10 scheduled meetings per week. • Calendar invite includes prospect name, direct line, email, and brief call notes. • Updates logged in the CRM before day’s end. Prerequisites Fluent English, confident phone presence, and prior cold-calling experience with small business owners. Familiarity with any cloud dialer or CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) is a plus; if you already have your own setup, even better.
