Contact details and property-specific notes are useful, yet the real success metric is the number of qualified appointments logged in the CRM each day. Leads that have been DNC scubbed will be provided which include email address, phone numbers and claim information. Training, call and rebuttal scripts will also be provided. Deliverables • Daily calls, emails, text messages which generate qualified appointments. • Accurate call notes capturing name, best phone/email, property reference when available, and level of interest. • End-of-day recap so we can refine messaging quickly. A background in real-estate, surplus recovery, or similar outbound campaigns will help you ramp up faster, but proven appointment-setting skills and clear, confident English matter most.
