Commission-Based Cold Caller/Sales Representative

About the Role We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller/Sales Representative to join our marketing agency. This is a 100% commission-based position with excellent earning potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities Prospect & Research: Identify and research potential clients who would benefit from our marketing services Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects and generate quality leads Service Presentation: Clearly explain our marketing services and value proposition to potential clients Close Deals: Handle the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal Relationship Building: Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects Compensation Structure Commission-Based: 20% commission on every client you successfully secure Unlimited Earning Potential: The more you close, the more you earn Payment: Commission paid per closed deal Ideal Candidate Excellent communication and persuasion skills Previous experience in cold calling or sales (preferred) Self-motivated and target-oriented Confident phone presence Good understanding of marketing services (or willing to learn) Ability to work independently Requirements Reliable phone/internet connection Fluent in English and Hindi.
