We are seeking an experienced freelancer to onboard vendors and sellers for our affordable e-commerce platform. The goal is to connect with small and medium businesses, wholesalers, manufacturers, and local sellers aiming to expand their business online. Project Scope & Key Tasks: Identify and approach potential vendors/sellers across various categories including Fashion & Clothing, Electronics, Home & Kitchen, Grocery, Beauty Products, Local Handmade Products, Shoes, Imitation Jewelry, Rugs and Carpets, Toys, and Stationary. Explain platform benefits and guide vendors through the registration and onboarding process. Assist vendors in completing onboarding and collect detailed product catalogs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to increase active seller count. Focus on lead generation and vendor acquisition strategies to meet onboarding targets. Deliverables: Minimum 50+ verified and active vendors onboarded in the initial phase. Complete vendor product catalogs and registration details submitted. Regular progress reports on vendor acquisition and onboarding status. Established communication channels and relationship management with vendors. Recommended Tools & Technology: CRM and lead management tools for tracking vendor interactions. Communication platforms for outreach and follow-ups. Data collection and documentation tools for product catalog management. Compensation & Incentives: Fixed monthly payment of INR 20,000. Incentive of INR 5,000 after onboarding a minimum of 50 active vendors monthly. Bonus commission of INR 30,000 upon generating revenue of INR 5 lakhs within 3 months. Additional bonus of INR 30,000 on onboarding 500 active vendors within 6 months. Note: Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce marketplace seller acquisition will be preferred.
