All emails must be verified and real, and phone numbers must be valid and usable. No missing fields are allowed and no duplicate entries should be included. Manual research is required and preference should be given to active hosts, especially those with multiple listings. Do not send any leads without both email and phone number. Do not include irrelevant or random data. All data must be accurate and usable for outreach. The final output should be provided in Excel or Google Sheets format with clean and well-structured columns, and both files must be delivered separately based on location.
