Telnyx Multi-Phone calling in Nextjs + Laravel

I am looking for a freelancer with advanced familiarity with Telnyx, Laravel and Nextjs to help me with my project.
Phone Provider: [login to view URL]
API Backend: Laravel 10
Front-end: Nextjs (fuly client side, no SSR/SSG etc.., even if you just know plain React.js it's fine)
CSS: Tailwind CSS (fine if you don't know)
Typescript is a must
In our application, we need our users to be able to make/receive calls.
Sounds pretty simple?, we can just use Telnyx's React SIP Client.
Well, the challenge is:
Our Users can have multiple Phones assigned to them. (User hasMany PhoneConnection relation)
So, they needs to be sunscribed to multiple phhones at a time. (i.e they would get ring when any of the number rings)
To make it easy, think of it as a Physical Mobile Phone with Multiple SIM support. We want the exact behaviour.
You need to get approval before using any external tooling or open source packages.
Instead of jumping straight to the coding part,
You need to explain what, why, how you are going to do things.
So, that we understand you understand the project.
