I have too much work on my plate and would like to start working with another developer 2 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
Here are my requirements:
* You need to be able to work on the east coast hours from 10 AM to 6 PM with a 1 hour break whenever you want on Tuesday and Wednesday
* You need to have in-depth knowledge of Laravel and how to work with API's

* Experience with Digital Ocean and some basic sysadmin skills to deploy an app
