Help me for laravel project

Job Description:
I'm doing a project with Laravel. There I added a new column "status" in users table. Now if user status = 1 then login success, else user status = 0 then show "account pending" alert in login page.
another-thing, Admin can login to user account from admin panel without password. just with a button "Access this Account"
I attached my laravel project. you have to implement these 2 logic there.
