Convert SaaS Mockups to Laravel-Blades

I’m moving my SaaS project to Laravel 13 and I am looking for a very good UX/UI design to slice my mockup into laravel-blades or html-files . Those static mockups should be turned into production-ready Blade templates I can drop straight into a fresh Laravel build. What I’ll hand over • mockup with some images of some pages What I need back • A master Blade layout and partials for the navigation menu and footer • Fully responsive pages for:  – Landing, About, Contact  – Auth flow (login, registration, password reset)  – User Dashboard with sample widgets and forms • Clean, reusable form components (input, select, textarea, validation error block) • Any SCSS/CSS and JS assets wired through Laravel Mix/Vite so I can compile with one command Acceptance 1. Pages render without errors in a brand-new Laravel 13 install. 2. All links, menus and forms function (static action routes are fine). 3. Layout holds on desktop, tablet and mobile. Feel free to leverage Bootstrap 5 or Tailwind if it speeds things up; just keep the code tidy and commented. The total budget is $50, so please confirm you’re comfortable with that figure and an estimated two-day turnaround before we start. The blades should be in arabic. the mockup I have is also in arabic. I will provide the mockup after bidding
