Timber stand improvement, land clearing, pasture development

1.5-2 acre lot consisting of ~150 pine trees and some brush oak. Mostly ponderosa and some fir. Pines average 12-16 inch diameter, some smaller and some larger. Looking to clear 2/3 pine trees and some brush oak to expand horse pasture. Ideally clearing slash and stumps. Ideally wanting to hire someone who wants to buy the trees for profit to reduce cost of remaining land clearing (ie slash, stumps, brush oak, etc). The lot is relatively flat and easy to access. Trying to find the most economical way to get the job done a tight budget.
