My commercial site covers roughly 17 acres and needs a reliable crew that can keep it looking sharp on a weekly cycle. Each visit must start in the early morning so the grounds are tidy before staff and customers arrive. Scope of work • Cut all turf areas with two commercial-grade mowers • Trim around signage, trees, and hard-to-reach spots using two dedicated weedeaters • Edge sidewalks, curbs, and beds for a clean finish • Finish with a full leaf-blowing pass to clear clippings and debris from paved surfaces Equipment expectations I will provide the necessary equipment for this job, including zero-turn mowers and professional string trimmers. Acceptance criteria • Uniform cut height and no missed strips • Edges crisp and visible along all hardscapes • No grass clumps or debris left on walkways or parking areas • Work completed weekly, starting before 8 a.m., weather permitting Let me know your experience with large commercial properties and confirm you can field two mowers and two weedeaters for every service window.
