Hi , Last week I delivered near-identical GSI concept sheets for an urban corridor, so I’m confident I can handle this really well. i would like to know the below. - Do you have a current AutoCAD base with spot grades, utility locates, and curb inlets, plus any infiltration/geotech data? - What sidewalk clear-width and frontage setbacks should I hold as minimums for Streets/ADA (eg 6’ clear), and any preferred native plant list? I think we should. - Standardize layer-cake details (media depths, underdrain, curb cuts, cleanouts) across all three facilities to speed permitting and simplify construction. - Add simple pretreatment (stone forebays/sediment bays) and clear overflow weirs to inlets to cut clogging and long-term maintainence. Lets follow a plan like this. - I review your CAD/PDF, confirm grades, utilities, constraints. - I size each planter/tree well/rain garden to the 1.5" storm per current PWD Guidance Manual, select infiltration vs underdrain. - I lay out plan views with required clearances, curb cuts, and overflow routing. - I cut 1–2 key sections each showing media, geotextile, underdrain, and pavement tie-ins. - I build simple native planting palettes by sun/salt tolerance. - I write a 1‑page narrative per concept: design intent, assumed soil rates, O&M. - I prepare high‑level cost opinions with assumptions for quick comparison. - I package clear 11×17 PDFs and provide native AutoCAD/Civil 3D files
