Design a landing page

We need a landing page for a debt consolidation website. 1- The viewer must first see a message that tells him he can reduce his monthly payment by 60 %. 2- The viewer must see the form (I will give you the code). 3- The viewer must see the title (website name and more). 4- There must be space for 3 different text content (legal stuff and more). This content doesn't need to be first seen by the viewer. 5- You will write the text in English, the text quality doesn't matter. 6- The render has to be in html, so that we can change the text. We must be able to change the text, no payment will be done if we cannot change the text. Here are 3 URL you can inspire from , but DO NOT CLONE ! And one more time: NO CLONING, NO COPYING ! The payment will be done as such: 1- I upload full millestone and you begin. 2- You uopload the landing page somewhere, I have a look at it and I ask you for some changes. 3- Once I accept the work, you send me the file ready to be uploaded on our website, and I realease 50% of the millestone. 4- I upload the file on our website. If anything is not working, I send it back to you for improvement. 5- When it is ready to work I realease the remaining 50% millstone. Remaining 50% milestone will be realeased only when the landing page displays well with any navigator: firefox, IE, chrome and others.
