What You’ll Do Every Day Keyword Research: Use tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to build keyword lists that match what our customers are actually looking for. Content Outlining: Design SEO-friendly outlines (H1, H2, H3...) that are logical and cover topics in-depth. Writing & Editing: Complete high-quality blogs, product pages, and reviews that work for both human readers and Google’s crawlers. On-Page Optimization: Take care of the small details like Meta tags, Image Alt text, and smart internal linking. Content Updates: Keep an eye on Google Search Console to see which posts need a refresh or an update to perform better. Simple Requirements Experience: At least 2 years in SEO Content. If you have a portfolio showing keywords you've ranked in the Top 1–5, that’s a big plus. Mindset: You understand how Google judges quality (E-E-A-T) and how to align content with user intent. Technical Skills: Comfortable with WordPress and a basic understanding of HTML for formatting. Language: Strong English skills for international research and content production. Work Ethic: Reliable and meets deadlines. While we are fine with using AI to help with productivity, the final version must be human-edited to ensure it has a unique brand voice.
