I have a flash ad which has a form in it (Ph number, name and email fields). But that's giving some error. Now I want some one who can correct that. Also I need a mobile verification method in that ad where after entering mobile no (in first field), we send a code to their registered number and they need to enter that code back in our flash ad. Only then SUBMIT button must work. Note: We kept phone no as 1st field because by the time they fill the 2n and 3rd fields (name and email) they get code to their mobile and then they need to enter that in 4th field (Verification Code) and then they click on SUBMIT.
