I'm looking for a correspondent to help me communicate with my employees on a daily basis. They will be using email as the primary medium of communication and I need someone who can serve as a bridge between myself and my employees. The correspondent will be responsible for writing emails, responding to inquiries, and taking action in accordance with my instructions. They need to have good written communication skills and be on top of their tasks in order to ensure that all communication is timely and accurate. I need someone who understands their role and can take initiative when needed. They should be able to take feedback and follow instructions. They should also have strong organizational skills as they will be sorting, responding, and ensuring that all correspondences are filed appropriately in order to maintain organization. I expect them to be professional and a team-player. With the right attitude and knowledge, the correspondent can help to make sure that my employees feel supported and that communication is flowing smoothly.
