Joomla Website from Template (need Joomla Master)

You? You're an experienced JOOMLA master! My Project: (1) using a Joomla template, you will edit, modify and install the entire Joomla website according to my specifications. This is the template design I want for my website: [login to view URL] (2) The entire site must work and all features fully functional including the plugins. (3) Must be able to set the entire site up on my server, test and ensure proper function (4) You must be able to obtain/use all the needed tools, programs and features listed for this project. Graphics: If you have experience modifying graphics, making logos, etc... then I may have additional work for you on this project because I will need all the graphics redone slightly, and I need a logo as well.. the site will be completed using the images provided with the template, I will need to update the images so you can upload them after the site is working. Here are some of needed features & Joomla Extensions that 'may' be used (be familiar with them all and advise me which are needed) -- better preview, google gears, Phil Taylors Google Gear support, RS events, easy amazon assoc, -- easy adsense, RS finder, Joom clan, joom listings, reciprocal links, -- DT register, RS tickets, CCBOARD, -- google maps plugin, coupon management app, RS FORM, Aweber setup, RS Mail, etc... -- event calendar (I assume Joomla already allows / does this using extension app) -- membership system (I assume Joomla already allows / does this) uses captcha? -- register members/visitors for events/tours (DT REGISTER?) --Site Backoffice / admin panel (I assume Joomla already allows / does this): (I must be able to add/edit/organize and delete content on all pages) This project will have reasonable deadlines, with deductions for missed deadlines. Payment in full only upon completion of entire project. I can pay using paypal. I wil be involved in the process, but I prefer someone who wants to make a name for themselves and will use my site to showcase their talents!
