I am using hwdvideoshare ([url removed, login to view]). You can download a copy of the script for your review. I will give a copy of the full, unrestricted version to the selected freelancer to work on.
The component has all the core features I want, but it needs 1) debugging and 2) modifications/customizations. Full project specs are attached.
Changes to the code must be done in a way so that I can upgrade later. That means you must carefully document what you do.
Alternatively, if you think you can write a better component and still be price-competitive, note that as well.
