Hey there! I'm able to build you a small visual C# desktop application which automates the Cef engine (Google Chrome). Using the Cef browser it's easy to automated the web part of the task and also having this as desktop application gives control over the file system so the files can be copied where it's needed. It's also possible to schedule an automatic start of the app on daily or hourly basis etc. If you need to run this on Mac or Linux optionally a .NET Core Console app can be created but will lack of UI.
