I am looking for a developer with significant Twilio Flex experience, who can help build a quick Proof of Concept.

I have a paid Twilio account with numbers and separate web hosting.

Here are the features that I want to be configured and developed in Twilio Flex as part of this proof of concept:

2 Agents will login using web phone

Basic UI + Logo

Receive call to Twilio phone number #1 > Single level IVR> Display Partner 1 Logo in Agent Screen

Receive call to Twilio phone number #2 > Single level IVR> Display Partner 2 Logo in Agent Screen

Record/store (on web server) and playback call recordings - Access recordings based on Caller ID, timestamp.

Ability to pause/resume call recording during a call

Upon receiving call 'CRM' opens in right pane which is a Bing/search engine search of Caller ID + Partner 1 string - Requires no integration with any system for the proof of concept

WhatsApp, SMS & Webchat messaging - Using existing Twilio number - Just basic integration where chats can be simulated using WebChat URL, SMS & WhatsApp with simple autoresponder - No chatbots or any advanced features. Basic configuration that is available from the Twilio dashboard.

Standard out of the box Twilio Flex reporting (call handling time, idle time etc.)

Once the proof of concept is approved, we will look at building the full solution with other advanced features.

The scope of this POC is quite basic - Anyone who is familiar with Twilio would understand that these are all standard features and don't require development from the ground up and is more of a setup and configuration task.

Please mention how long it will take for you to build this - Twilio account and hosting will be provided.
