This project is to implement my data into the D3 Zoomable Sunburst chart.

I have custom data in a CSV format. I need a simple JS page that calls this CSV data and parses it into the [url removed, login to view] format, and then calls the D3 Sunburst library. I need formatted labels added onto each section of the Sunburst. The labels should be sized appropriately.
Please only quote for the job if you have read and understood these requirements. I will only award to someone that demonstrates they understand how the CSV will be manipulated and how the labels will be attached.
The amount of nesting can be many levels. To contain a firm brief: the input must be sorted, so that you can use an iterative style algorithm that detects nesting based on different values on the inner most parent column.
It goes without saying the JS must be compatible in Chrome for Windows.
It is crucial the labels are handled well - the library link I posted does not do labelling by default.
