The meaning of the project is to create a geolocation validation form
1) user enter his location (and can also point to the exact location on the map)
2) the user location is compared with the geolocation zone where service is available (openstreet map file provide by us)
3) user is inside the geolocation zone where service is available. User complete his name, phone, email and message is send to administrator
4) user is not in the location zone where service is available: user receive a message and data are send to administrator
