nodejs authorization into jirra cloud account support

We got nodejs endpoint whow is responsible for sending issues into our jirra cloud instance - now we doing it by sending emails throu incoming email feature - but we like to change it into rest api way - jirra changed in 2018 authorization methods to oauth - soo basic auth no longer works I need somone who will help us setup corectly jirra link and our nodejs app authorization
