Need Full Time JavaScript Developer from Venezuela

We need a full time JavaScript developer from Venezuela for long term projects. Milestones will be monthly. Initially it can be weekly as both parties evaluate each other. Skills mentioned below are a must. You should be familiar with modern ways of building web applications using JavaScript, Bower, NPM, Git, etc. Work would be 5 days a week (you can choose which 5 days). 7 hours a day. Although, I would prefer it to be goal oriented. If you can deliver satisfactory (promise nothing superhuman) work in 4 hours, all power to you (go enjoy your life or even work elsewhere if you want to).
