Modifications to a WebGL model

I have a WebGL model of a building here. I can already move it with the mouse.

I want to be able to look into this building when zooming in with the mouse wheel or using multitouch actions like pinch to zoom.

There are two floors in this building and I need two blue (or any other color) floors to be put in the WebGL model. Each floor has certain points of interest, these are certain places on a floor of a building. As soon as the users zooms into the building (WebGL: when the near plane makes parts of the building invisible and grants a view in it to specific points of interest) a infobox appears at left hand side of the browser (the infobox isn't that importat, the important part is to be able to look inside the building and at these points of interest).

I used the "[url removed, login to view]" Framework to display a COLLADA object (from google earth) in webgl in my browser.

Your mission, if you accept it:

-> make the whole model scalable with mouse and touch events:

add javascript code which gets these events and turns and scales the object

-> draw the floors inside the building in WebGL

knowledge about WebGL and/or the [url removed, login to view] Framework required

-> put the points of interest in form of 3d circle on the floor drawn before inside the object

-> let a message pop on the left side of the browser, as soon as the respective points of interest are visible

For someone who really knows WebGL this should be a peace of cake, unfortunately I don't have the time to learn WebGL.
