Integrate Infusionsoft with [login to view URL] payment gateway

This is a simple coding project. Shouldn't take longer than a few minutes for anyone who knows what they're doing.
I have already completed most of the integration between Infusionsoft and [login to view URL] following the instructions on this page:
[login to view URL]
It works well with test mode, but in the live mode, I'm getting the following error:
Country must be a valid two or three-character value if specified. (350)
The error is based on the fact that Infusionsoft forwards the ENTIRE/FULL country name like Switzerland or United States, whereas [login to view URL] requires a 2 letter code like US, CH etc.
The error can be replicated on the following page:

I need a little snipped developed that can translate all the country names into 2 letter codes in accordance with the file attached before the data is forwarded to authorize.net.
Recently I had a little snipped developed that allows me to translate all the fieldnames to French. Which is why the checkout page is in French. Here's another checkout page in English:

Both Infusionsoft's and [login to view URL]'s APIs are freely available online.
