I need an ad ops freelancer who can successfully implement an expandable \"push-down\" 970x90 ad on my WordPress-based website. I already have the ad creative and a DFP account -- I just need someone with the experience and expertise who knows how to configure the ad in DFP and make the necessary tweaks to get the ad to serve properly and push down the website when expanded.
