Google Map JSON data intergration

Hello potential candidate. We have simple project for the right skilled person. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled and fluent in working with Javascript, JSON, JQuery and AJAX with the Google Maps API v3. We our looking for someone that has 3 years plus working with these programming languages. If you fit this description then you should have no problems with this simple project. Let me get into the details of the project. We have a MySQL DB that stores various information which is sometimes updated in real time from external clients installed on other users PCs. We have create a PHP script to create a JSON output. We now need to take this JSON output and use it to dynamically create markers/icons which we have two that is custom made we want to use on a Google Map based on the values from the JSON output. For example. If one of the values of one of the persons is "true" then display a marker/icon on the map from the lat/lng cords associated with their object. If that same value is true and another value is true then show a separate icon. If both values are false do not show a marker and if there is one placed then remove it from the map. We also need the markers/icons to update/refresh as the lat/lng will change. We need it to update without it being removed and replaced on the map but rather just moved without the page or map being reloaded. So a seamless update/refresh. We know this is possible as we have seen it done before. Also need to know the other associated keys so they can be placed in infowindows with a visitor clicks on one of the makers it populates data from the JSON output associated for that marker to show further details about that marker. What you will get from us to assist you in your development of the project. The .js file of the map we need the code integrated on as well as a test JSON file you can use for testing. We also have a static demo displaying what we are needing which we will supply to the selected candidate or we will be happy to provide you a link in a private message so you can get an idea. Upon successful and prompt completion of this project there is also the potential for immediate further opportunities.
