Excel File Upload in ReactJs and Springboot

Need to design a File Upload webpage using ReactJs and the uploaded files data need to be stored into the oracle database using Springboot. Once the load to the database is complete, a message should be provided to the ReactJs webpage indicating that the upload to the db is complete. If any validation fails then we need to print that as well on the reactjs webpage.

Points :

1. There should be a login page.

2. After the login is done on the home page we should have the file upload option.

3. When the upload button is pressed the excel sheet data should load into the table. (Will provide you teh sample excel)

4. Also there should be a page where a sample template for downloading the excel should be available. (sample excel will be given)

5. In case if there is a failure in the database operation the error message should get displayed in the home page.

6. Also when the insert into the database is complete for the records available in the excel sheet, we have to call a stored procedure from the springboot application.

7. There should be a report page which would contain the records getting loaded through the file upload operation.

8. Filename validation is required (Will be discussed once i provide you the file)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CODE HAS TO BE BUILT FOR ORACLE DATABASE and would be grateful if i can get the support from the dev till the code is deployed at my end.
