create a shopify app which other shopify users can install -- 3

once users activate our shopify application we need to:
1. have a admin page appear where the settings for our application will appear. user can change these and set them as needed. user settings need to be persisted. an account will need to be created in our system via an api call.
2. whenever a new item is added to inventory - a rest api call needs to be made to our system with data (will be detailed later) - similarly whenever an item is updated, deleted etc. calls need to be made to our system to update the data
3. we need to then override the search functionality given by shopify and whenever a search is made, the search is to come to our api and products should be displayed based on the product list returned from our api
above is the basic requirement. there may be more things to do. we require secure and coding standard compliant code and can be based on [login to view URL]
we'll also require docker/docker compose file for deployment.
We'll have the IP of the project and freelancer will have to sign an NDA.
