Create CEF-browser based application prototype (C++/C#)

I am looking for help with creating a CEF3 ([login to view URL] ) based application prototype . The software should be able to record mouse action and form filling as X/Y coordinates and text. So unlike other tools like Selenium, it must work with coordinates and not element IDs or similar. So in a nutshell the software can record a web browsing sequence and then then replay it again by executing mouse-click and sendkey-events. It should also capture/automate downloads that are triggered by the mouse clicks. It is important that all mouse-clicks only work inside the browser during replay, so multiple browsers can be open and replaying at the same time. The project can be realized as C++ or C# (or mixed) Visual Studio project. In your bid, please let me know what you suggest. As this project is a prototype, the user interface can be basic and unpolished. If the projects works out well, you can expect related follow-up projects.
