As the National Sales Manager, you will focus on four main areas. First, you work with the Marketing team in the development of lead generation and nurturing to develop a strong pipeline. Second, you will focus on moving each lead through our sales process. Third, you will help on-board and launch clients with a seamless handoff to the Account Management team. Lastly, you will help recruit and lead a sales team specific to your assigned region. In every aspect of this role, you are judged on the ability to drive effective data analysis to improve the process. There is a high likelihood of travel both domestically within India and abroad when opening new markets, meeting clients, attending events and launching larger partners. We are open to this role being based anywhere in India. Responsibilities • Work with the Marketing team to develop a strong lead acquisition and nurturing process • Leverage your network to build a direct pipeline • Measure prospect value and apply your time accordingly • Serve as the single point of contact for your potential clients through on-boarding • Recruit and lead a team of Sales Associates • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level • Collaborate with the Product team to provide clear feedback on client needs and learnings • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly goals to internal and stakeholders • Develop, forecast, and report on your funnel • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the business and through referrals Requirements • 7 - 15 years of relevant work experience in the multifamily industry working with institutes, colleges and academia with a proven track record of scaling sales to achieve goals • Marketplace experience a plus • Strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously • Ability to take strategic concepts and turn into actionable plans • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Successful resource allocation, timeline and project management experience • Bachelor’s degree or achievement of recognized professional level • Willingness to travel as needed
