Build me a graphics for project loading and a US map using D3 Javascript

The project should be done using JS D3.
I need a website loading page which will contain an aster plot at the beginning showing the names of the top 10 companies and their size will vary as per the revenue this year and the aster plot will load slowly like loading a circle. After the aster plot loads it will go off and a US map will come up with circles on the map showing the 50 companies on the map. The map will be interactive and will be bounded later on by other people with the company data. I just need the work till this point, where the circles can be made interactive and if 2 circles are clicked on then the comparison can be done.
