And then complete the design for the app. If you already have a design we can skip this step. 2. Windows client I'll provide a complete application as zip archive and MSI installer. Here you can check how it works on your devices. Also, it is possible to skip the installation of the original OpenVPN exe. OpenVPN have a C++ library that can be "embedded" in the app. 3. Mac client Same as for windows except for distribution format. The usual format for Mac is a .dmg image. Summary: You will receive the application design, windows and mac clients that will work with your API service. We can split the payments by milestones. So you can release the part on payment only after you accept it. Also, all projects receive 1-year free support. I already have experience with complete VPN service (fast install servers with docker, Win/Lin/Mac clients, and web API service).

Hello there, I offer WIndows and Linux(but NOT Mac) based Visual C++ and ANSI C++ design and development and easily develop this for you- but only for Windows. Since OpenVPN already has a default GUI AND you wish to use that , and only have this app developed to download specific data/files from your server, it should be relatively straight-forward.
