Javascript to process vector art in Adobe Illustrator CS6

Job Description:
Looking for someone who has access to Illustrator CS6, and can write a script that manipulates node in strokes. I can explain further, but essentially you begin with closed paths in one layer, and recreate a slightly different version of them as open paths in another layer.
Please only apply if you understand how vector art works in CS6 and understand some geometry and some javascript.
