We need a template added to a database that is attached. We have little budget and this must be created quickly. We need a template created that incorporates a graphic AND can be used with the template system we already have in place. I've attached the instructions on how to do it. I just can't figure it out. I will give the files needed to complete the project upon award. I cannot emphasis the fact enough that this must be done quickly!
