web design for pages in real estate web application 2

We are looking for web designer + UI developer to help us with the design of a real estate application:

1. Design/enhance the common components for all pages in the web app, which includes the top banner, navigation bar, footer and the sidebar (we are using a 2 column design in content pages).

2. Containers/boxes for wrapping content in sidebar or main column, if necessary.

3. Landing pages for property listings, property projects and property agents.

4. Search results page for the above 3 entities in point 3.

5. Use a javascript widget(scroller/magnifier/slider etc) for displaying photos in the landing page. The widget should be small in size and does not use other libraries other than JQuery or JQueryUI. Open source ones with appropriate licenses are fine.

The developer/designer must be fulfill the following conditions:

1. is experienced and is able to show us his portfolio upon request.

2. is contactable and show initiative in clarifying doubts.

3. able to recommend us alternative designs if current design are not desirable.

*knowledge of Django is a plus

Price can be negotiable and payment can be done upon milestones hit. Reference of current state of the application will be provided upon enquiry.
