A Reverse Auction Website.
The way this site will work is that users will bid on an object.
The person who holds the lowest unique bid at auction end wins that item.
As an example, if person A bids £1.23 on a car and no other person has bid that exact amount or less then person A will pay £1.23 for that car.
This is how we want our site to work: www.million21.com.
