FLASH interface with earch engine on CD

We need an experienced Flash programmer for this project. Action script skill required. We need a flash animation: - with appealing and user-friendly interface - search engine where user will be able to search 50 areas - all names of 50 areas must be visible to the user (you can employ scroll-down or whatever) - animation will have 50 areas with data and graphics and each area will link out to an existing web site - whole thing will have to run on CD, so *.exe format will be needed and autorun function.
