I need a plugin to let my visitors vote on categories which a post will be filled under.
It should work like this:
-A list of categories appears under my post content, so a visitor can select which categories he wants to add to the post, he can choose by clicking on checkboxes. For each checked category, a +1 vote is added for the category. AJAX is prefered.
-A category will only be added to a post if it has been voted X times.
-A category will be locked when it reaches X votes, meaning that it'll be greyed out in the list of categories to vote for in that post.
-Each visitor can only vote once for each post, after a visitor has picked and voted his categories for a certain post, the list of categories shall not appear for that post to him anymore.
-Categories added or removed by normal admin post editing must reflect on the plugin. IE: categories already added to a post by the admin can't be voted and categories removed from the post by the admin must be voteable again.
-A visitor must be recognized by cookie and IP address. (if registered user only is disabled, read below on plugin settings)
-A captcha protection is required. (if registered user only is disabled, read below on plugin settings)
-No security holes in the code.
-Admin must be able select which categories can be voted.
-Admin must be able to set the number of X (=the number of times a category has to be voted to be added to a post).
-Option to enable/disable plugin for registered users only.
Forgot to mention a plugin rule:
-Categories can only be voted if the post already has a certain category assigned to it, this "master" category should be set by the admin in the plugin settings. IE: Let's say I have two main categories for my blog: cars and bikes. I only want to allow visitors to vote for subcategories of cars.
