video and text chat for asp.net site.

We need a custom video and text chat application developed for our ASP.NET site. We have a developing team working on the rest of the site, but we are on a very tight schedual, and are therefore looking for external developers for the chat features, to work parallell with the rest of the team. Also interested If you have similar applications allready built, that could be customized according to our specs. We have looked at third party APIs but none is customizable according to our specs. Features: 1. Two "rooms" displaying all publicly streaming members video streams like search results. No chatting within the "rooms". Should be like the "cam girl" sites where you can search for specific kind of girl and results are displayed with these girls video streamings. But, we want the search results to show actual live video stream. 2. From the results, user can click another members stream and start a video chat with this member. This is still in public mode, which means the streamings are still shown in the results in the rooms. User writes a messages. The message is displayed in the other members inbox. Video chat starts, when the other member opens the chat from their inbox to reply. In the video chat window, there will be 2 buttons. 1. switching between public and private mode. 2. switching mic on/off 3. For private video chat, users click the "go private" button within the chat window. This removes their streamings from the search results in the "rooms". 4. Audio is only usable in private mode. 5. Possibility to chat with multiple users at same time, both in public and private mode. 6. Text chat should work and look the same way, but with profile picture displayed in chat window instead of streaming.
