Small Project for Using threads in JAVA

This is a project for using threads in JAVA.

Complete a simple provided program so that it uses 3 threads to manage 3 independent digit "spinners".

Algorithm

When the start button is clicked, all three digits start incrementing (they roll over to 0 when incremented past 9) at different speeds. Each time the stop button is clicked, ONE digit stops. When all three stop, the program identifies whether or not all three digits match. Each thread must only control one digit. Use the Counter example as a guide on how to make a thread to increment an integer, and how to adjust the speed of the increment. A partial part of the program will be provided.

This program will be used for tutorials. So, the program must be well commented.
