I need to have a Java REST API for integrating Signal to a web app. The main library you would use is libsignal-service-java.
The exposed REST endpoints should be created as webservices using Java EE technologies like JAX-RS (no Spring, Spring Boot etc). The application server to be used is Tomcat 9.0.
Keys should be stored on the hard drive.
The REST API should be documented using swagger. The following link shows the exact specification of the required API using swagger. This REST API has been created using Go, you are of course free to use it as a guide.

The web app should be deployed in Apache Tomcat.
You are required to deliver all source code as a Maven project.
